We welcome back local Yoga instructor Marchell Scarano to 401 Gallery at MVCA for a very special offering of ‘Chair Yoga Among the Art.’ This time you’ll be in the flow surrounded by the ‘Women Paint Women’ show, and will have the opportunity to tap into all that feminine energy at the MVCA during Women’s History Month. This class is a promising form of exercise for anyone with certain health conditions such as arthritis in that it doesn’t put pressure on the joints, and works to improve balance and strength in anyone whose seeking this. There are too many benefits to list, but getting in touch with your breath is of course at the top of the list. Get back to you, get centered, honor the woman in your or the women in your life and chair yoga among the art.
