There will be a Silent Auction of Donna Veeder’s artwork on June 1st from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on the 4th floor of the Stone Mill. We will need volunteers to help with this event. The areas for volunteers are identified below. We will schedule time for each of you to be able to leave your post and enjoy the event. Please let me know if you are interested in helping.
1) Runners/wranglers – get bid sheets to the cashier desk, direct guests to the rooms where the art is being displayed, troubleshoot any issues with bid sheets
2) assist guests with getting their paintings to their car
3) Registration desk – check in, name tags and program books, take credit card information or scan QR codes on the booklets.
4) Set up and take down the show.
