Mohawk Valley Center for the Arts - Annual Fund
The MVCA Annual Fund supports the long-term sustainability of the arts center with fund gifts that help to make up the difference between membership and class fees and operating costs. Through the generous support of people like yourself, MVCA is able to continue its 38-year history of community outreach programs, innovative workshops, art exhibitions, performances, student scholarships, staff salary, and facility maintenance.
The arts play such a pivotal role in the lives of our Mohawk Valley community, especially in these difficult times with months of closures, event and workshop cancellations, increased technology needs for virtual events, and the added safety costs because of the COVID pandemic, your support has never been more important or needed.
Your tax-deductible contribution—at any level—will help us to continue our 38-year mission of supporting regional artists, developing art appreciation, and developing a broad spectrum of educational programs. These programs and their generous community support have created a welcoming hub for people of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds to explore, collaborate, and experience the many benefits of the arts.

The MVCA Legacy Fund allows you to personally communicate how your charitable legacy will forever benefit the programs, causes, and the local communities you care most about. It also allows you to create a very personalized plan for giving after your lifetime. So, whether you want to distribute one-time gifts to different programs, establish an endowment for sustainable support of the Art Center, or to create a charitable giving fund for family members to continue your giving legacy, we are here to help.
Our Executive Director welcomes your questions and will guide you through the details of achieving your charitable giving goals. MVCA’s Legacy Fund can receive a variety of gifts to support your legacy wishes including assets from a will or trust, life insurance policies, IRAs, 401 (k) plans, real estate, charitable gift annuities, and charitable remainder trusts.
