OILS CLASSES with Kathryn Bartscht

                 Dec. 10, Jan. 7, 21, Feb. 4, 18
Location: 1st Presb Church, 16 Jackson St., Little Falls

Kathryn uses the oil painting technique known as wet-on-wet or “alla prima.” This method is simply the practice of applying fresh oil paint into existing paint that has not completely dried. Complete paintings, using this technique, take a relatively short period of time, commonly in one sitting.

NOTE: In many cases, special arrangements with Kathryn, and a $10 fee, will secure all paints and supplies except canvas. This gives students an opportunity to try the classes without investing in the paints and supplies. Come try this exciting style of painting.

Instructor: Ms. Bartscht is an award-winning artist and a certified teacher in “alla prima” painting.
